We provide expert repair services for all types of desktop computers and laptops with the exception of Apple iMacs, although we can probably point you in the right direction for Apple repairs. Six months on, it's time to start thinking about an upgrade:
Windows 10 support ended in October, 2025.
When Windows 10 reached its End of Support on October 14, 2025, Microsoft stopped providing security updates, feature updates, and technical assistance for the OS. While devices running Windows 10 will still function, they will become increasingly vulnerable to viruses, malware, and compatibility issues over time.
Key consequences include:
• No Security Patches – Without regular updates, systems are exposed to new security threats, making them a target for cyberattacks.
• No Feature Enhancements – Users will miss out on performance improvements, new features, and modern UI/UX enhancements available in Windows 11.
• Limited App Support – Microsoft 365 apps will stop receiving updates on Windows 10 after October 10, 2028, and older Office versions like 2016/2019 will lose support entirely on the EOL date.
• No Technical Support – Microsoft customer service will no longer assist with Windows 10 issues.
Options to Stay Supported:
• Upgrade to Windows 11 – Free for eligible devices running Windows 10 version 22H2 that meet hardware requirements.
• Purchase a New PC – Recommended if current hardware is incompatible with Windows 11.
• Enroll in Extended Security Updates (ESU) – Provides up to one year of additional security patches for Windows 10, useful for short-term transition planning.

Laptops
We can supply a range of new laptops from top brand names such as Lenovo, Acer and Asus.
Specifications vary from an entry level Intel i3 up to a high end performer i9 with screen sizes from 11" to 15.6".
Although we only hold a couple in stock at any one time, most can be ordered and usually available within 48 hours.
Refurbished Laptops
We do, on occcasion have 2nd User Laptops in, which we refurbish to good functionality and performance. Pricing varies so please get in touch.

Looking to buy a new computer, then you are in the right place.
We can offer a wide range of bespoke custom built PCs and with our prices from just £ 459.00, you wont break the bank! Pop in to store, then using our PC Builder software, we can put together the perfect machine to suit your needs and your budget.
All are built to order on the premises.
All of our systems have a 12 Months Warranty from the date of collection.
We offer an installation service to those in the local area, should it be required.
